Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Digital Reports & Lifetime Access

Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds are issued on completed Human Design reports or lifetime access purchases once the content has been delivered or accessed.

How to Cancel

To cancel a monthly or yearly subscription, go to Settings → Manage Membership inside the app. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period — we do not remove access immediately upon cancellation.
